Beautiful, updated one bedroom, two bath ground floor condo with tile floors throughout. Newly updated extended living room. Updated well appointed kitchen with modern appliances blending in nicely with the open, tastefully decorated living room with large HD TV . Updated bathroom off the master bedroom and 2nd bathroom off the hallway. Laundry center for added convenience. Less than 10 minute walk to the resort, beaches and restaurants. On 18th Fairway of the Fazio Course. Free Wifi and nation wide calling. Ground floor and wheel chair accessible. All towels and linens are provided.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

This place was located at a beautiful location! The premises were wonderful, close to Kahuku food trucks, not too far from a few supermarkets, and other places of interest. The swimming pool was nice. Our kids enjoyed it very much! And close to Turtle Bay! The pull-out bed was comfy. It can get a bit hot, but there are fans and air conditioning in the bedroom.The washing machine and dryer were really loud.

Found 5 cockroaches, one alive the rest dead, Had some plumbing issues mainly due to clogged pipes from other units. Otherwise it was very nice.

Pros: The rental was clean, had been nicely renovated, and was located in a quiet spot close to the pool. Check in was easy and the surrounding tenants were wonderful.Cons:we were there for Hawaii’s worst storm in 70 years and without power for 36 hours and no one from the rental agency reached out. Luckily the tenants and manager Marlene were wonderful and helped us throughout our stay. There are no basics such as salt, pepper, or shampoo and the sofa bed is not comfortable but if you’re a couple or a couple with an infant sleeping in a pack’n’play this space would be good.
