About this house rental
About this space
Spacious house located on the Scenic St. Croix River. Walking distance to Hudson, great walking paths to nearby supper club and bar and close to Stillwater. Big private beach and dock to swim and relax on with a lilypad for your use. Horseshoes, cornhole, and Fire pit in the backyard with another fire pit right on the beach. 11am check in time for a longer stay!
You can even bring your own boat as we have a private slip that fits up to a 34' boat.
Only 30 minutes from US bank stadium!
The space
Walk into a newly remodeled and spacious kitchen that has a separate coffee bar. There are 3 levels of spacious, updated comfort. Upstairs has 2 master suites with their own bathrooms. One suite has it's own private deck and the other has a a large corner Jacuzzi tub overlooking the St. Croix river. Main level has one bedroom overlooking the river, newly remodeled kitchen (which seats over 10 people+ island seating) , living area with a fireplace, full bathroom with separate tub. Basement has a bedroom, bathroom, projector screen movie area, darts, pool table, and Bluetooth speaker! All levels connect with a beautiful spiral staircase. This home overlooks the scenic St Croix River with large windows to capture every view. There is also a public beach right down the road for your enjoyment.
Comes complete with everything but your toothbrush and toothpaste! There will be paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. What more could you ask for!

You have complete access to the property, beach and dock!
*Dock space is available, on this location, to rent though if you would like to bring a boat. Additional charge of $35 per day payable upon check in to the home owners. Dock space is subject to change depending on the water levels*
Other things to note
We currently have someone that rents a slip on the dock so you may see someone walk through the beach to get on their pontoon! At no time will they stay on the dock or beach though.

Marty was an excellent host! So accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was a treat for all ages and so well stocked with everything we needed. The dock and water access were perfect and the location was SO convenient. For people wanting to rent a boat the Beanie Marina was literally a block away. There was a park a couple of blocks away that kept our 2 year old entertained too. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The place was great! Clean and organized with lots of detail about the property when you arrive. Easy rental process and property manager was accessible and friendly. Game room was great as we had 4 older boys with us. Would rent again if in the area.

We stayed over a long weekend and had an amazing time. The house was perfect, large kitchen, nice bedrooms, and gorgeous outdoor space. Neighbors were amazing and even asked if there was a preferred time for them to mow their own lawn so they didn't affect our ambiance. Marty was great at communication, he set up the beach with chairs for the number of people we had, and provided firewood for backyard fires.
We hope to make this an annual trip!
