הדורה מקייה ומסודרת, מרווחת, המיקום נוח קרוב לשדה התעופה ולעיר. מתאים לשהות קצרה. בעלת הדירה מקסימה.
מזגן רק בסלון והיה חום נורא בחדר שינה. מגבות למקלחת קטנטנות ולא ניתן להתנגב אחרי המקלחת. אין מעלית ויש לעלות 2 קומות במדרגות.
