il self check-in è stato molto facile e veloce anche grazie al video messo a disposizione degli ospiti. l'appartamento (quarto piano con ascensore) si trova in una bella zona, sicura, servita da molti mezzi pubblici, con ristoranti, negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. le stanze e il balcone si affacciano su un bel cortile interno alberato e sono molto luminose. la sala è spaziosa e la cucina attrezzata con tutto. il wifi funziona bene e c'è una bella atmosfera.
l'appartamento è gestito da un'agenzia. non è vero che c'è una reception h24, è un'informazione scorretta, c'è un numero telefonico di emergenza a disposizione. quando siamo arrivati in bagno c'era un fastidioso odore di fogna. gli spazi della casa in foto sembrano più grandi (la cucina è piccola e non abitabile, anche il bagno è piccolo) e l'appartamento necessita di maggiore pulizia e manutenzione: ventola rotta in bagno, sedia rotta sul balcone, lampadario tenuto insieme con lo scotch, quadri rotti.. piccole cose che però danno l'idea di trascuratezza. peccato perchè l'appartamento è molto carino.
