My family was brought in to celebrate our dad's birthday. Location was important to me because we live in Valrico and driving between houses, time and money. House was very clean, open spaces, and the heated pool was great. Our little ones along with a few daring adults enjoyed the cleanliness and temperature of the pool. The house had everything to keep you entertained. Heated Pool, everything for the pool, Badminton equipment and net was already set up, TV's, access to the Valrico Lake. All of my guest commented how great their shower was. Sandy and Jeff were extremely responsive to all of our needs when we had questions and when we ran out of certain supplies. All it takes is a phone call.
No end tables or TV trays. No place to put snacks down while watching tv in the living room. Slamming of the front door.

The property was as described in the ads. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, all of the necessities were provided, and the hosts were very friendly, accommodating, as well as accessible throughout our stay.
