I liked the house and the proximities. Teleajen river is near the an we can hear the sound of the running water most into the nights when we sleep with open windows.

This place is fantastic! The location is great, you can walk a short distance into the village to find the shops and restaurants, while also experiencing a quiet switch off outside of the main village. The location is perfect for if you want to feel switched off and away from it all while also being able to get around without a car. We did several long hikes to and from the house without using our car. The space around the house is definitely something that makes this space so incredible - we loved being able to dip our feet in the river while watching the swallows drinking from it. The house itself is fantastic, it feels homely and has absolutely everything you need. (For example, there was even a torch available which was very helpful when a bad storm in Romania caused a power cut) The covered balcony is a huge plus, I loved being able to do morning yoga sheltered from any rain while feeling immersed in nature still. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and we were so grateful for the mosquito nets! In the warm weather it meant we could sleep with the door open for a breeze without any bother. Mihai was a fantastic host, he communicated excellently and very quickly via the app and whatsapp. Check in was easy.
