Spacious and the pool table was good. We liked the open-plan living area. The staff were very helpful.
It was a bit tired. Shower felt like it was going to fall apart. Bathrooms need maintenance. Washing machine didn’t work. More towels - we only had one between all of us.

The house is super comfortable and clean.
The caretakers, mostly Mhmdn and Akim, were very supportive and kind.
There is a pool table in the house, and it kept us busy.
The location is closer to the beach and the international airport
It is closer to the Hurghada museum
The location is great, and it is easy to get a taxi/transport to our activities.
Checkout needs to be communicated. The host is very flexible and communicates great in English
The internet only works downstairs, so we could not be connected to the wifi in the bedrooms.
Although it was hot and sunny, the swimming pool stayed cold. We attempted to swim, but it was too cold for us and no one to warm it up for us.
There was a bit of an issue with language differences with the caretakers, but we managed to communicate using the translator app.

尤其是房顶的 大家一起出来旅游 谁住好的谁住差的 也很难分 最好是房间都差不多

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in der Villa gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Mitarbeiter am Haus sind sehr nett und freundlich.
