Keen Leopard Homestay -Jawai

This is a family run Homestay. We felt very comfortable and at home right from the time we were greeted by the owners. The thoughtful and personal attention to details was very much appreciated. They served traditional Rajashthani dishes for dinner which was prepared by the family themselves and was really tasty.

There was nothing that we didn’t like during our stay. Every small details were very thoughtfully looked into and the facilities provided were very neat and clean.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was good (peaceful, and close to the safari I had booked). The family was generally very kind and helpful, and the meals cooked by the wife were really delicious!

The morning when I was leaving, the husband asked me multiple times to leave a review - to the point that I started feeling pretty irritated. By about the 5th or 6th request, I told him that I usually do leave property reviews - but that asking me so many times was not necessary and to please stop. He did stop then (though later on he also sent me a message asking me to write a review). This was really the only negative thing though - otherwise, my stay was great!

The host cooked us an amazing dinner and breakfast!! It was delicious and made us feel at home!! The room was gorgeous with a beautiful big bed and the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The balcony was a lovely place to relax. We were picked up for our safari from the homestay, which the homestay organised for us! They gave us a great guide so we recommend going with their suggestion. (Lunch/dinner is only 500 rupees per person and was truly a feast with many different dishes.)
