Nice enough room. Comfy bed. Thin walls but no kitchen

There is honestly nothing good about this hotel except its location.
First of all, they don’t even have a waiting area. Since check-in is at 3 PM, you’re forced to roam around the city even if you don’t want to. Secondly, they demand payment in Euros even though the local currency is Lek. If you choose to pay in Lek, they offer a very poor exchange rate.
The biggest issue is that the room shown in pictures is NOT the one you actually get. The actual room is located far away from their office, and you have to walk around 1 km to reach it.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower was broken, and when I informed the staff, they said it would be fixed “tomorrow” which never happened. It felt like they deliberately ignored it since my stay was only for 2 days.
The kitchen facilities were even worse. The stove was broken, utensils were rusting, and the pan was in terrible condition (losing its coating/metal). I actually got food poisoning after cooking an omelette in their pan.
Also, I am clearly not the only customer facing these issues. The person staying before me had complained about the same problems, and I’m sure the next guest will face them too. The staff gives the same generic response to everyone as you can see in my chat screenshots without actually resolving anything.
Considering the high price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. They market themselves as a budget hotel, but you can easily find much better and cheaper options in the same location.
Only plus point: the location. Everything else is disappointing.
