球磨川沿いにあり、球磨川を眺めながらゆっくり過ごすことができたこと。バーカウンターの下にホシザキの製氷機があり、氷を潤沢に使えた。リビングにフットマッサージ機があり、歩き疲れた脚をほぐすことができた。
風呂場の換気扇が動かなかった。シャワーを浴びていた際、焦げ臭い臭いがしてきたためシャワー利用を中断しました。メンテ状態に難あり？あと、買ってきた馬刺しを食べたかったので包丁やまな板があるか電話で聞いて、あるとのことでしたが見当たらず、花火大会会場に向かう際にゆめマート内のダイソーで調達することとなった。バーカウンターは夜にバー利用できるのかと思っていたが、オープンする様子もなかったので、自分で買ってきたお酒を呑むこととした。玄関施錠がなく夜中も出歩けるものの、セキュリティ面では少し怖い。
