It's cheap. This is the budget end of the market. But its clean, warm, and a 10 minute walk to a station. And let's face it, Tokyo is so big, theres always a commute, to get to where you want to be. If you're looking for a warm secure base with your own bathroom, at a budget, this is your place. There are even cheaper rooms if you want a tataki floor with a bed on the ground.
The bathrooms (because I tried two rooms over my stay) are even smaller than usual. But everything is there. If you're bigger than usual, you might be in for a squeeze.
