The balcony was awesome. Beds were comfy .Very good effort in design. Excellent communication with property manager.
Laundry room downstairs is noisy and may shake the upstairs however it wasn't a bother to us at all.

It was easy to get to and from the French Quarter from the house, walking a few minutes and then hopping on a streetcar for a short ride down Canal.
Not being able to set the climate control below 68. :) (I'm not very tolerant of heat and can get overheated embarrassingly easy at times).

The property was clean and had everything needed for an Airbnb stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The living area was also comfortable and had a home appeal.
The company van was parked directly in front of the property door. When workers arrived they parked in front of directly behind the company vehicle which left parking further away from the property.
With all of the construction around the property we wish it was a better view from the balcony.
