The apartment was fantastic. Very roomy and facilities were very good.
The check-in process was very bad. Firstly, the location (Google coordinates) mentioned in the Booking.com booking document is completely wrong. We ended up getting out of our Taxi about 1km away from the actual apartment. There is no proper guidance on how to reach the apartment. We were made to wait on the road for about 30 minutes with our luggage to get the apartment assigned. We were told that the booked apartment (Marina view) is not available and were given another apartment. When I protested, I was told I could cancel the booking and a full refund would be offered. What will I do with the refund when I am standing there on the road with my family (including 3 women) and have landed from Spain? Booking.com should take responsibility for this irresponsible and unprofessional treatment.

الموقع وبجانب المارينا مول والمسجد وتوفر الفطار بمطعم olft قريب 👍
