The location was great! Right in between 2 of the best beaches, Shacks and Jobos. Gated community, close to groceries and restaurants, too. It was great that it actually fits a family of 7! The showers were great. We had a washer and dryer as well. The rooftop terrace was awesome, and having a pool on site was an added plus!
Would have liked chairs and a beach umbrella to be available. It got expensive to rent them each day. The apartment pool wasn't kept as clean as it should have been, and the bathrooms at the pool were always locked. Chairs for the patio off the living room and additional chairs for the dining table are really needed since the house sleeps more than 4.

Location - close to beach, and walkable along beach to Jobos beach. In a safe, gated community but near a few restaurants. The Duravit German plumbing made for nice bathroom experience. Marble floors nice. View of ocean is nice. Sleeping with windows open to waves of ocean!
The facility and the apartment are simply furnished. The low price reflects that this isn’t a refined, high-touch experience. I love how in the PR lots of caulking is used to cover lack of craftsmanship.

The location was great and beach access.
Small bathrooms, stairs (no elevator) and all the rules at the pool (No food or drink)
