L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage 200 m, le studio est moderne, propre et la terrasse extérieure est bien agréable.
Le seul bémol est la douche qui est vraiment très petite , on peut à peine se retourner à l ' intérieur

La literie est de qualité. La cuisine est jolie et la vaisselle est de qualité également. C’était propre. C’est proche du centre de Royan et Vaux sur mer.
La douche est trop petite pour les grandes personnes. Ce n’est pas très grave mais on entend les bruits des voisins… La télé ne fonctionnait pas bien.
