A lovely place to stay, very quiet and calm. Parking was right outside the accommodation, and there was milk in the fridge and tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful when we arrived, and there was a number to phone for any queries, which was answered quickly.
If I was being picky, there were no sharp knives for food prep, but this didn’t affect us as we were only really using it as a base to visit family. Given how helpful they were otherwise, I’m sure this would have been sorted out if we had asked.

Lisa Marie was excellent with communication throughout & understanding & accommodating when traffic delayed our arrival by two hours. Lovely peaceful location convenient for us visiting family nearby

Fantastic homely chalet, near the entrance of the site and parking out front.
We liked everything, home from home!

Very clean
The gas ran out while we were out and we came home at night to a freezing lodge (January) with nothing we could do about it. We had a baby with us too small to use a duvet safely.
