Das Haus und die Koi Karpfen
Das es keinen "Seven11" in der Nähe auch die nächste Station ist etwas weiter weg. Deswegen eine 9 zu 10

Spacious house in a silent area of Kyoto. Very clean and comfortable.
Communication with the host was good for arrival. The cleaning staff showed us what to do with key and code, but it would have been handy to have had some more info . Anyway, we all figured it out ourselves, so not a big issue.
We didn’t mind the 15 min walk downhill to public transport, but not everybody will.
But you know that when you book and look at the location, so.

The house is what you would imagine as a traditional Japanese house with a modernized take on it to make your stay more confortable. The host is very kind and helpful although not speaking English. It is very well equipped, with 2 toilets and a washing machine too. The neighbourhood and the property is beautiful.
It is a bit far from the train station without any means of public transport to get closer to the house, so be prepared for a short hike up the hills to reach it (~1 km).
