Все понравилось, вайфай с хорошей скоростью, расположение отличное, рядом есть хорошие кофейни, где мы часто кушали, есть прачечная напротив. Все в шаговой доступности. Хозяин всегда на связи, было комфортное общаться.

Из минусов, мы отдыхали на январские праздники, и часто компании отдыхали у бассейна на крыше до поздней ночи.

Almost everything inside the room/inside this condo-building is new and modern. Big own parking area. The housing is located away from the road. A lot of groceries and nice cafes nearby. Responsive host, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Sound isolation can be an issue for a sensitive person. I could hear voices from the next room during the day, sounds from neighbors in the hallway at night, and outside the window there was something like a warehouse, from which loud sounds sometimes came. It would be great to see free cleaning according to the stated price.

I stayed 2-3 months. Modern and clean condo with great location. Two swimming pools and gym was a big plus. Room was good and the kitchen has all the necessary things you need. Good for longer staying. Cleaning staff was friendly, and cleaning level was excellent. Also the young security guy was nice and always smiling. Overall the experience was good and could come again.

Communication with the host was sometimes a bit difficult, so that could have been better. Sound isolation is really poor so take your earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Gym is open only until 9pm, should be until 10 or 11 pm. Price is high so the cleaning should include in the price. In Chalong area there is many good hotel / condos with much more lower price including the cleaning once / twice per week.
