Seom Guesthouse

Great location in Seogwipo (close to the city center, easy to walk around and take buses) and the staff was very helpful as well as quite reactive when chatting by messaging. In the morning the host even sets some toasts, eggs, jam and peanut butter you can enjoy before starting your day! Otherwise the amenities are quite nice for the price paid: towel, bed sheets, slippers available, shower products, toothpaste, hair dryers/brushes, water fountain, balcony, living areas… Bonus point for the beautiful view on the port and bridge.

The cleanliness unfortunately wasn’t the best, I’ve seen cockroaches a couple of times… they do try their best however and it is noticeable that they care for the guest house every day. The mattress and pillow are hard and not too comfortable, but the bedsheets help make it better.

Beautiful view, awesome amenities, and friendly staff.

The showers were less conventional than I’m used to but honestly worked great.
