Central Cape Cod Escape in South Yarmouth!

Location was great, place was clean, bedroom was nice and spacious closet. Nice backyard

They were cleaning as we got there so we couldn’t get settled right away but not a huge deal. The Wi-Fi password is spelled a little wrong and internet was slow. The pull out couch mattress was thin and we could feel the metal bar, so slept on the futon which was hard in general. Wish the backyard was mowed so we could have done more out back.

Was not well advertised that this was a guest house connected to someone’s house (that was occupied) rather than a separate “apartment”. Not great for 4 people as advertised it was a very tight fit, the futon was in the bedroom closet… so we had to pull that out to the living room and move furniture to fit our 4 people. Grill also did not work which was very unfortunate because there was only a kitchenette inside (no stove no oven) only one pan electric cook top- when I called the number listed nobody answered multiple times.
