Everything about the apartment and owner is exceptional. I have been staying at this owner's rooms many times. The bed is super comfy and the bed linen and bathroom are extremely clean.
The condo juristic attitude is humiliating. They keep enforcing no daily rent rules and prohibit newly arrived tenants without card to enter the lobby. Tell him 'i meet agent' and he will open door. The parking is not monitored, they crashed my bike and took zero responsibility. The security guard has bad attitude. They even built an entrance door with a chip to the courtyard, but if you come by bike or taxi anyone can enter without any obstacles. Note also, for car drop off and pick up they will oblige the driver to make a long u turn around the building. The lift waiting can take ages in high season. Lastly, the facility is mostly inhabitated by quite uneducated public, especially visible in the gym. At the moment of my stay there were noisy works on reassembling some metal constructions in the yard below. Hopefully, they have finished. Overall, It is not a no for a stay but rather a precaution to be aware of.
