Spacious and clean apartment with a beautiful sea and green view from the balconies. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and two air conditioners, which made the stay comfortable. The furniture is in good condition, and everything feels cozy and well maintained. The owner is very kind and friendly, always available and helpful with any questions or requests. Good value for money compared to small hotel rooms in the area. Cozy Beach is a nice area for relaxing and walking near the sea.

The apartment was in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were no regular buses requiring the use of taxies (Bolt) to get to the busier parts of Pattaya Within a short walk, there were a number of 7-11s, bars and restaurants The room I had (301) actually had 2 balconies - spacious with a lot of storage space
