Spacious and clean apartment with a beautiful sea and green view from the balconies. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and two air conditioners, which made the stay comfortable. The furniture is in good condition, and everything feels cozy and well maintained. The owner is very kind and friendly, always available and helpful with any questions or requests. Good value for money compared to small hotel rooms in the area. Cozy Beach is a nice area for relaxing and walking near the sea.

Host reacts quickly on compalints and always try to help.
Room in the fifth floor and NO LIFT !!! For older guests or guest with disabilities this is an absolute NOGO !!! This detail is important to be mentioned before booking. TV not working due to the missing signalcable. Told the manager, but nothing happened. Host was not there for checkout. Impossible to giveover the room, do the final billing and pay the eletricity fee. Strange kind of customer service, Vasily.
