the Owner is very very very rude, his answers were rude always. if he can only be little nice; I would accept everything. it was very cold at night, he refused to give me extra blankets, so I bought 2. he refused to give me extra towels when i wash mine, so i bought 2. he refused to tell me even where to throw garbage!!, I asked people in street and they explained me the German system that he were suppose to explain. I could not ask how to use the oven because of his rudness, I googled it, but was difficult. even the washing machine, i send the photo to my German friend who explained to me. the bed was totally uncomfortable, very soft. I bought myslef a matress!! the house is too small for 2 people. I was with my daughter. but the bed was small also. he kept answering me in German several times, and when i told him that I dont understand German; he said use translator!! so why you wrote that you speak english? 1st day of arrival, i reached the appartement 2:00pm I called him asking can i just leave my luggage inside, he said No, and appartement needs to be clean and it will finish 3:20 pm.so he refused to let me put my bags down, but he does not mind to give me the appartement late!!! his treatement is the worst ever, Iam a guest in your country, first time here, a mother with her daughter, instead of showing me the good side , I saw the worst from day 1. his appartement without him desrve 7 with such attitude cant be more than 4

Great location, really well equipped apartment with good lighting throughout. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom is large, with a big mirror above the sink which is great for getting ready. The kitchen has the majority of what you will need equipment wise (for cooking) and has a kettle, coffee machine (pods) cooker and dish washer. Nice sized table for eating meals at and a little patio. The space in the apartment is used extremely effectively. We would 100% book again.

The bed was a little on the uncomfortable side, this could just be preference though as it was soft and springy. We would have rather had a more solid mattress, but it was not the end of the world, just more for those who like to know. A little dusty in the bathroom (shelving unit) and TV stand. Again, this took nothing away from our stay.
