The location and the cleanliness.

1. The phone number which appears on booking does not work and I had to wait for replies on chat (although I must say they were pretty fast) 2. I was not given the number of the lockbox so my first stress was to contact the property and find out the number 3. I had seen pictures of a room with a balcony and booked it but I got apartment 44 which doesn't have a balcony 4. there is no AC but an aircon which is very noisy and I could hardly sleep 5. the hot water system made me feel intellectually challenged because hot water was not hot at all and I didn't manage to make it work 6. bed is very squeaky

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Communication was brilliant. They constantly checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Some people mentioned the noise-it didn’t keep me awake but the property is in the main town so constant traffic noises etc. it wasn’t too bad. Easy access to property.

No plug in bath-raised this with owner on the last day for future people who said they would deal with it. We were only there for 2 nights so we coped.

-> the check in process was complicated, we were not able to access the building until late -> the kitchen is not well equipped (e.g. you need s lighter to turn on the stove, but there is none provided)
