Nie było zbyt dokładnie posprzątane, na blacie kolka po herbacie. Apartament w suterenie.

Lokalizacja super, blisko do Starówki, komunikacji miejskiej, galerii handlowej, pięknej Bazyliki. Lokal ogólnie ok. Łóżko wygodne. Łazienka czysta (poza sitkiem w prysznicu).
Lokal (nr 3) zlokalizowany w piwnicy. Mimo zakazu palenia, w lokalu czuć było uporczywy zapach papierosów (jak z popieleniczki, a nie samego dymu), co skutkowało koniecznością nieustannego wietrzenia. Okno nie miało opcji uchylnej więc w nocy pojawiał się problem (okna tuż nad ziemią, więc zostawienie ich na oścież w nocy było ryzykowne). Ściany cienkie, więc rozmowy lokatorów obok bardzo słyszalne. Ogólnie czysto, aczkolwiek na kubkach były ślady szminki, a sitko pod prysznicem zapchane, przez co woda spływała bardzo wolno. Brakowało jakiegoś małego nocnego stoliczka.
