Attentive host - responded quickly to any queries. Great location - walking distance to everywhere. The kitchen well stocked with delph and glassware. Property itself was clean but not a very nice entry into the property. Wifi was good.
Zero soundproofing - we could literally hear our neighbours talking. There is no sink in downstairs toilet/shower room! Both showers need attention - one leaks and the other has a broken door.

Bell appartamento, centrale,pulito e ampio. Staff disponibile e sauna piccola ma bella. Istruzioni per ingresso casa chiare. Pieno di locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
Nell appartamento è presente 1 doccia davvero piccola quasi “da camper” e 1 wc. Forse troppo poco per un appartamento così carino. Si arriva alla mansarda dopo varie rampe di scale, non comodo per chi ha problemi motori.

Location in the old town is excellent. The apartment itself is nice and with some cleaning and fixing it would be really good. Beds are comfortable, duvets and pillows clean and new.
2/3 of the bedrooms were cold, heating didn't work. There were small extra heaters in the rooms, but we didn't dare to have them on at night time (because of the risk of fire). The duvets were light summer duvets, so we felt really cold at night. Jacuzzi wasn't so clean, we didn't use it. The shower drain wasn't draining properly. A proper cleaning and some fixing in the apartment would be necessary.
