The location of the property is in a quieter neighbourhood of Les Menuires, Preyrand. There is a ski-in/ski-out option. There is an elevator in the building, so living on 6th floor is not a problem. There is a free parking next to a building (quite busy but ok), it is convenient to come with a car. Room is equipped with a lot of appliances including fondue and raclette machines, two types of coffee maker etc. The company managing the property is quick to respond. We had issues with the lock two times and the technician was with us within 10 mins after a call.
The room is dated. Furniture is old, some things are on the edge of being completely broken. Sofa is uncomfortable. Provided pillows and mattresses are wrapped in a medical style covers that doesn't make it more comfortable.
Property windows are looking on parking and northern side. It is not that critical, everything is working at the end and don't prevent enjoying the snow though it is worth knowing what to expect.
