Sehr gute Ausstattung, Hausmeister jederzeit ansprechbar; Sehr schöne ruhige und gepflegte Anlage, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Brötchen konnten an einem Bäckerwagen geholt werden, war für uns nur ein Weg von 3 Minuten. Boltenhagen ist ein schöner Ort, viele kleine Geschäfte, Gaststätten, Eisläden.

Im Erdgeschoss sind Fliegengitter in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Schön wäre auch ein Fliegengitter im oberen Schlafzimmer.
