Das ist Nähe Strand war das alles was man braucht im Haus war ruhige Lage immer wieder gern
Dass die Dusche im Erdgeschoss erneuert werden muss Schimmelspuren und Duschkabine defekt

Sehr gute Ausstattung, Hausmeister jederzeit ansprechbar; Sehr schöne ruhige und gepflegte Anlage, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Brötchen konnten an einem Bäckerwagen geholt werden, war für uns nur ein Weg von 3 Minuten. Boltenhagen ist ein schöner Ort, viele kleine Geschäfte, Gaststätten, Eisläden.
Im Erdgeschoss sind Fliegengitter in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Schön wäre auch ein Fliegengitter im oberen Schlafzimmer.
