Die Location ist der Knüller,tolle Lage,Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Genügend Betten (Mängel an 2 Betten ,wird aber behoben).Riesen Schränke u Platz.Grosse Dachterasse...alles sehr hell. Super tolles Bad mit Whirlpoolwanne. Stellplatz i der Tiefgarage mit Aufzug bis zum Loft! Mega Aussicht,Kicker... Wir kommen wieder....

Das Loft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem schön .Bettfüße etwas pflegebedürftig das größte Manko war der fehlende Backofen ...

De ruimte, het is een heel ruim appartement.

Het sanitair: het water werd niet goed warm in de douches, het bleef lauw. De kookplaat werkte ook slecht.

The Penthouse, Fliehtstrabe 100, Monchengladbach The good stuff: We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse, Lars sent helpful instructions for arrival and it’s a really spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms (the master is ensuite with whirlpool bath and shower), the other is a double bedroom next to the other shower room. Note that the third bedroom is not a bedroom, it’s a curtained area off the living room but fine for a short stay. The beds are not super comfortable but fine for a short stay and they were nicely made with clean linen (pillows could be upgraded to make it nicer). The apartment was very clean, the carpets were wet for the first 48 hours we were there but dried in the heat. There is a large seats 10 really nice dining area off the kitchen and the large balcony is great for dining outside and the property has a Sonos sound system and firestick TV and Fusball table which is fun. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave/combi and hob (that is temperamental), great to have a dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and hi-dry. Lars is a responsive host who replies quickly.

What we’d love to see improve before we came back/recommended to other sports parents. The Balcony – when we arrived the planters were all bone dry and plants half dead, weeds all over the balcony, it was all a bit sad. It could be amazing with a few loungers to sit out on (there are none) and upgrading/replanting and pruning the planters – watering would be a start. There is a large broken up planter with dead reeds in the corner – doesn’t look very safe. There are no plastic glasses or picnic wear for balcony usage which would be good. The lights – there are so many light switches, none labelled and seem to work the lights in odd patterns, finally we worked out to hold them on for dimming. They need to be labelled and the spotlights need to be renewed The hob also needs to be replaced, it’s slow and gets too hot, and tripped the fuses twice on use. The entry is complex – multiple keys, lights that go off too quickly while you’re trying to open the door, the lift is reliable but it’s fussy having to send the other lift away so that you can use the right one, and it should be mentioned that you are one of few residences, if not the only one, it’s all businesses underneath There’s no air con (which summer visitors should understand), it was very hot while we were there and we had to sleep with all the windows open which made it really noisy with sirens and road noise, especially on a Saturday, the wine helps you sleep through it. the shutters need replacing they make the flat dark and hide the fantastic views. The utility room lights don’t work at all and the hall lights were dodgy. All cooking equipment needs upgraded. Could be 5 star very easily with some investment, great for family groups or friends.
