Nice house, needs better management

Nice house in a beautiful location.

The house doesn't seem to have onsight management. The response to questions are very slow. After seven days we never had wifi. The house is very dusty, we found the AC unit needs cleaning. Hand rail in the steep stairs is a must for every age. Some TLC is needed in this nice house.

Lovely venue, poor management

The place is beautiful and well furnished.

We requested a cot when booking, only to be told a fortnight later that it was booked somewhere else, this caused extra stress when travelling with a 2 year old. They did end up providing us with a suitable cot. It was just poorly managed. The toilet seat was broken and hanging off, causing one of our party to fall off of it. All the electricity power to the lights and sockets stopped working at 9pm. The host didn't respond until the next morning when we had already decided to check out. We ended up not having dinner or breakfast the next day, as well as wasting all the food in the fridge. Hugely disappointing stay due to bad management. The building and area are otherwise lovely.

Gemütliches Haus in Mitte der Weinreben

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf La Morra und die umliegenden Hügel. Auch der Aussenbereich ist wirklich toll und hat uns sehr gefallen. Trotz der unten genannten Unannehmlichkeiten hat uns das Haus insgesamt sehr gut gefallen – vor allem durch die Grosszügigkeit, die schöne Lage und den herrlichen Aussenbereich.

Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die den Aufenthalt weniger praktisch gemacht haben: Eines der Bäder war wegen Problemen mit der Toilette nicht nutzbar, obwohl die Kontaktperson unser Anliegen weitergeleitet hat, erhielten wir dazu leider keine weiteren Informationen. Da wir die Unterkunft gerade wegen der zwei Bäder gewählt hatten, war das etwas schade. Auch beim persönlichen Kontakt hätten wir uns etwas mehr Betreuung gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fanden wir fremde Haare auf dem Bett und es war allgemein etwas staubig. In der Küche gab es keine Geschirrspültabs, beim Duschen brauchte es recht lange, bis warmes Wasser kam und das WLAN funktionierte zwei Tage lang nicht (trotz Zurücksetzen).

Un soggiorno che ricorderemo positivamente per tanto tempo

Struttura stupenda! Immersa nel verde delle vigne con una vista sulle Alpi mozzafiato. Casa bellissima dentro e fuori: all’interno pulitissima, letti comodi, biancheria nuova, pulita, immacolata. Lo staff disponibile e flessibile; gentili e cordiali. Le foto della casa rispecchiano realmente quello che si troverà: una casa da sogno, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
