The location was excellent. The room was renovated and very nice.
Luxury Coastal Vacations is quite possibly the worst host or property manager that I have ever dealt with. The will not answer the phone for any maintenance calls. The AC broke and it was hot for nearly 24 hours. I tried calling, texting, and emails. Call the phone number on Luxury Coastal Vacations website which is the same number they give you at check-in. When you select the maintenance prompt on the phone call, they will not answer or return your call. You can leave a message but they do not timely communicate with their customers.
