Good location, good value for money
The fact that upon arrival you need to check everything in the room (including radiators, oven, shower curtains, a huge list of items), and you need to fill out an electronic form without any wifi provided. This is very weird, I assume, hosts can check everything themselves in the course of cleaning prior to arrival, not to put that strange burden on the guests.
