Tolle Lage und der das Pavillon kann im Sommer sehr gut genutzt werden. Ruhige Gegend und nur 20min entfernt vom Strand. Die Gibralfora Festungsanlage ist ebenfalls gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung ist von der Qualität her eher bescheiden. Auch hatten wir eine größere Unterkunft erwartet. Passt nicht ganz zur Preisstruktur. Achtung die Nachbarn sind sehr empfindlich wg Lärm. Selbst eine Unterhaltung im Garten nach 23h wird mit Beschwerden abgestraft.

De privé tuin met een eigen zwembadje was heerlijk. Zwembad is vooral fijn om en af te koelen en in te zitten. De locatie is top, het centrum is ongeveer 20 min lopen.

Diese Bewertung erfolgt aufgrund unserer jetzigen Erfahrungen mit Umzug, dank Bookings Hilfe, in ein anderes Appartement.
Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität und sind bearbeitet. Viele kleine Räume und kleiner Außenbereich. Alles extrem reparaturbedürftig. 1 Schlafzimmer mit langzogenem Schimmelbefall, der durch Pflanze nicht sichtbar gemacht wurde. Lage im Untergeschoss, darüber 3 WEs. 5 Punkte, da der Vermieter nett und freundlich war und uns in ein anderes Appartement umgebettet hat. Dieses Appartement ist das Geld nicht einmal zur Hälfte Wert!
