Ocean Front Spectacular Condo

Amazing location and Facility. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy Waikiki. You are in the heart of downtown. The Facility staff especially valet are top notch!

The location is fantastic. The view is superb. It was a very comfortable spacious condo for us. (Two couples) We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai enjoying the view and relaxing. Great to have good kitchen facilities and a washing machine. We made use of the communal BBQ and its dining area. Note this area needs to be booked, but really worth it with staff preheating the BBQ for your time slot and cleaning the BBQ afterwards. (Note this property is a private condo in the Waikiki Beach Tower, run by the Ashton group.) We had to Valet park the car with staff at the entrance. Reception staff were helpful to a point that it then became the owners responsibility.

It was a shame one of the outdoor chairs was broken as we spent so much time out there. (Dining chair was used on occasion but not as comfortable to relax in.) We started with only 2 wine glasses but that was quickly sorted by our host. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond so no issues there.

Perfect access to Kuhio beach. The staff downstairs some of the best in the business. Room was clean

The a\c only works if you put thermostat on 50. The building is old and outdated and highly priced. The font entrance is a current homeless hangout due to the McDonald's put front. They are very aggressive and frightening, and no one seems interested in doing anything about it. This isn't really the condo fault, but I think the HOA should do something about it.
