Private 2-level house in Rural area with creek in backyard.
Has large bbq area and nice yard. Large fridge, old school microwave and manual coffee filter, 2 roku tvs, offstreet parking (you need a car), wifi, filtered water and hot water in shower.
Blankets provided (no heat during winter nights). Tip: use the doorstopper fof the sliding door to balcony to prevent baratas/roaches from entering. They are big and fly!
As disclosed, Not in center but 7km 20min drive from paraty beach.
(Follow signs for Verde mar restaurant until end of road) Note that the gas stove is on ground floor not in second floor living room/kitchen.

Adoramos a casa e o ponto alto para nós foi a tranquilidade do local onde a casa se localiza. Bem próximo do rio e em meio a natureza. Excelente! Quantos muito confortáveis, ar condicionado excelente, e uma ótima área gourmet pra um churrasco e para passar o dia..
