All the staff, led by Jessica, are very friendly and responsive to client requests. They are such an asset to the resort! The resort has a stunning and relaxing scenery, situated near a lake. The lake view rooms have a perfect and relaxing view.. The architecture is well thought out; the bar area, tea room, and landscaping are all worth exploring and taking in. The cocktails were on point! The breakfast and fish curry were excellent.

The irregular power supply was a major disappointment and unacceptable. For a suite costing over $700 per night, I did not expect to have cold showers on some days, especially during a relatively cold season. I had booked a suite with a Jacuzzi, but its use depended entirely on whether there was power. On the day we visited the bar, we were politely asked to leave early, as the lights could go off at any time. The suite itself needs more attention to detail. The bathroom is very basic and under-equipped. There's no flat iron or ironing provision. The TV only offered four basic channels, so you really need to bring your own in-room entertainment. The room heating was not functional, and the intercom also didn’t work. I had to call or WhatsApp the staff directly for assistance. Dining options were also limited. The dinner price is set at a specific price, and the à la carte menu has very little variety, which means going into town most nights to find alternatives. If you prefer to sleep in total darkness, you have to ask the staff for full curtains. Also, breakfast closes off at 9:30am! But they were also fine to do room service on some days.

Had such a wonderful weekend staycation! 🌸 The service was top-notch and the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was smooth, warm, and welcoming — definitely an experience worth repeating. Highly recommended!
