Location. Ease of use and communication with Lee and the team.
The pool chaise chairs you could were designed suck that you could not lay flat on your stomach. The room/closet could benefit from a luggage rack. Someplace to put your suitcase out of the way. And maybe a light on the closet. That space was pretty dark day and night. Minor comments. Love the bathroom! 2nd time staying in the same room.

The location is terrific. We enjoyed meeting and socializing with other guests. Our bed was comfortable. Our room and bathroom were clean and ready when we arrived. I liked having a fridge in the room and having the use of the washer and dryer. Overall, a good value.
The grounds need maintenance and care. The pool and hot tub needed more than the quick touch-up they got while we were there. No coffee maker in the room.
