Rumah ini amat luas dan mempunyai 4 buah bilik yang dilengkapi penghawa dingin (aircond) di setiap bilik, sangat sesuai untuk keluarga besar. Kawasannya strategik berdekatan kedai makan, Pasar Dungun, dan kedai dobi, serta berhampiran dengan Pantai Dungun. Kemudahan Wi-Fi dan TV juga turut disediakan.

The property was large enough to accommodate all of us.
One of the toilet was the squatting type, which a few of my family members couldn't use. Also the fan's speed couldn't be adjusted and so it was a bit warm in the dining area.
