El pis molt gran i espaiós, ben situat i molt net. A la cuina tot el necessari per fer algun àpat. La situació fantàstica amb un pàrquing molt a prop. Tot perfecte!
Alguns detalls es podrien renovar, els airres acondicionats són un poc antics. Les mantes molt senzilles i la roba de llit un poc vella però bé. Tot estava net i ordenat.

El apartamento requiere una limpieza profunda, sobre todo la cocina y el cuarto de baño, no es de recibo entregar así un apartamento. Leí en un comentario que la campana de la cocina estaba rota y llena de grasa y así sigue. Los azulejos del cuarto de baño, no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo. Encontramos platos y vasos sucios. Debajo de las camas tampoco deben barrer a menudo pues había pelusas por todos lados. Varios enchufes de la casa no funcionan y algunos están rotos. El cable de antena de la TV también estaba roto. Falta mucho menaje de cocina, así como paños de cocina. Mientras todo esto no se solucione, no recomendaría a nadie este apartamento
