A hidden gem! The best balcony in town, and your own private entrance on to the river bank. The location is very central and the apartment itself is nicely finished.
Nothing to do with the property itself, but parking nearby is tricky. You can easily pull up outside to drop your luggage off before parking elsewhere though.

Le logement est spacieux, confortable, et bénéficie d'un emplacement juste parfait. Le balcon, bien qu'un peu sale du fait des pigeons, donne directement sur le Loing, quel réel plaisir !

L’appartement est confortable, propre et décoré avec soin, on s’y sent vraiment bien. L’emplacement est exceptionnel et permet une vraie déconnexion grâce à la rivière toute proche, tout en étant en plein centre ville. Une vraie pépite.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement au bord du Loing, le confort et la propreté du lieu, le rafraichisseur d'air dans la chambre à coucher, le café de bienvenu.
L'escalier pour accéder à la chambre est étroit et assez raide.
