The aircon was a godsend, during the heatwave! Spacious and had everything we needed for our stay
Apartment is on the 3rd floor, which was easy for us but if you have mobility issues, that may be a bit tricky carrying a suitcase up a few flight of stairs.

The location is very handy, especially if you are not that into the more touristic old town. The room has many fine details, like an umbrella and a raincoat (which was useful in my case). The shower is great. Communications before the stay were good, and they even got extra hangers for me when I told them I liked to use them and would appreciate a larger number than the usual set.
The number one thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness. The mattress was stained, and all the dishes, glasses, etc., were very dirty, someone else's hair in the bed and drawers. Luckily, this is an easy fix. There is no lift (which I totally missed when booking), so getting up five flights of stairs with heavy luggage wasn't ideal. The bed sheets are not of the best quality.
