Satori by Kozystay - Sudirman

Property looks exactly like the photos. It’s clean, spacious and has everything you need. The staff was really helpful as well if we needed anything. The large bedroom had a small balcony and all the rooms had nice city views. The pool was also beautiful!!

The only downside is that due to the location being around a very busy road, at night you can hear cars and bikes from your apartment and it can be really loud.

While the apartment had its positives, such as responsive owners and attempts to resolve issues from Kozystay , our overall experience was hindered by several significant drawbacks. The persistent odor in the bathroom was a notable discomfort, and despite efforts, the responsiveness of Kozystay staff didn't translate into effective solutions even they came to the unit multiple times (3 different days!) during our stay. First visit they said they changed it and I returned to the unit found out it was not changed. Additionally, the air conditioning in the master bedroom remained inadequate, even after building management intervention. Although the owner provided a temporary fix with a portable AC, it fell short of delivering a satisfactory stay. Despite these setbacks, it's important to highlight the apartment's excellent location and breathtaking view.

A significant disappointment arose just 10 minutes before arrival when the staff messaged us to avoid mentioning Airbnb or daily rental to the receptionist or security officer. Instead, we were instructed to refer to 'Unit 16W' and claim affiliation with 'Michael as the Owner's business relatives.' This communication left us feeling uneasy, as if we were staying in the apartment under questionable circumstances. And after the check out the Kozy stay staff despite all the disappointment still ask me to share a positive review 5 star to support them.
