Ideale rustige omgeving. Op 5 minuten lopen van de metro 116th street (weekdagen) en 10 minuten van 125th street. Met diverse restaurants en een supermarkt in de buurt. Een mooi gerenoveerd appartement met eigen voorzieningen op de bovenste verdieping in een oud pand. De afvoer van de douche liep niet goed door, maar na een bericht aan de verhuurder was het dezelfde dag nog opgelost!
