Stan je prostran, pun svetlosti, topao i čist. Kreveti su udobni. U stanu se nalazi sve što vam treba. Stan ima mašinu za veš, peglu (čak i peglu za kosu), sva potrebna sredstva za higijenu. Zgrada je na mirnoj lokaciji, a veliki plus je privatni parking u suterenu zgrade.
