Cozy apartment in a nice area. Clean and quiet. Nice gym and pool. Very efficient and smooth communication with the staff via WA.

It has very convenient access to daily essentials for those that stay a bit longer, it has an amazing restaurant downstairs and cafe, we ate there a lot of our stay. We bave have stayed in other locations and this one is very quiet and you can sleep very well

Washer worked a bit strangely,

The cooking utensils provided are a significant convenience, enabling me to effortlessly prepare my frozen foods. The room is equipped with a refrigerator for storing chocolates and chilling food items. Multiple power outlets are available for use. An ironing board and hairdryer are also provided. The stunning city view significantly enhances the overall dining experience, rendering each meal remarkable. Netflix is available for your enjoyment. Additionally, you have the capability to share your phone screen with the television. Additionally, the pools and gym located on Level 5 offer excellent amenities for relaxation and fitness, contributing to a well-rounded stay.

The presence of cockroaches is indeed quite concerning. Their droppings have resulted in a considerable mess on our countertops, sinks, and personal belongings. I have observed that a pest repellent is already open; however, it is insufficient to manage the extent of the cockroach infestation. I find myself repeatedly washing all cups and eating utensils. This situation is exceedingly frustrating, particularly due to the absence of adequate drying racks. I have also noticed several missing racks, as evidenced by the holes in the railing. As an alternative, I have resorted to hanging my clothes on the shower door. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include the WiFi password in the check-in instructions in the future.
