The staff are very friendly and very helped us with a smooth check-in.

The property is very clean, access is easy to the Dubai mall, very nice view, there is a walk area with beautiful spots

location / large appartment

mine was.a half day transit stop. main door had lock issues. no option to lock when stepping out. the staff can do better - lack communication. had asked for a an ealy check in.. was clear on my instructions..about an early check in. despite after landing no word till i reached the location with my aged parent. leaving me with no option but to make last minute plans. chrging to store luggage just dint sound right having considered my situation. leaving me to beleive the room availability was just an excuse to make 100 bucks. while i understand its a service appartment. option of water and some tea / cofee packets are basic essentials
