Gut gelegen, um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Liegt fußläufig zur Alten Donau und man kann in wenigen Minuten zur Badestelle gehen. Die Donauinsel ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Neben Leihfahrrädern am U-Bhf. Kagran und U-Bhf. Alte-Donau kann man natürlich auch die U-Bahn Richtung Stadt nehmen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und sympathisch und Nachrichten wurden sehr schnell beantwortet.

Magnifique appartement neuf, très propre, aménagé avec goût et disposant d'une belle terrasse.que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Emplacement très agréable, paisible sur un bras du Danube. En fait, on est tout proche du centre ville de Vienne et on se sent à la campagne. Propriétaire sympathique et attentionné. Si nous avons la chance de revenir sur Vienne, c'est ici que nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons pu également bénéficier d'une place de parking sous la résidence à 10 € la nuit.
Il faut compter 15 mn à pied pour rejoindre la station de métro mais l'emplacement de l'appartement les vaut largement. Dommage que nous n'avions réservé que 3 nuits mais nous reviendrons plus longtemps une prochaine fois.

Beautiful location near the river, quiet neighbourhood, enough space for two to four people with little luggage, very good communication with the host.
Slightly noisy AC, sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but good enough for a few nights, 15 min walk to nearest underground station
