Due to its proximity to the Croatian tourist pearl Opatija, Villa Carmen Opatija has an optimal location. The sea view you have from this villa is truly enchanting, it almost seems as if you can touch the sea.
VIlla Carmen Opatija is a modern villa with space for up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable double rooms. The villa consists of 2 units. One unit is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, 1 double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. This unit has a separate entrance and is not connected to the other part of the house from the inside. The other unit is spread over 2 floors. Part of it is also on the first floor, consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a small guest toilet. An internal staircase leads you to the 1st floor, where the 3 remaining bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. Due to the great location of the villa, you can enjoy the enchanting sea view from all terraces as well as from the beautiful pool. Ideal for families who can enjoy some privacy, as well as outdoor dining together on the covered terrace next to the pool while enjoying the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
Villa Carmen Opatija offers WiFi and 5 private parking spaces and overlooks the famous tourist pearl of Opatija. Opatija is the oldest tourist center in Croatia whose history dates back to the 19th century when the Habsburg dynasty made the town a destination for noblemen. During your stay in Opatija, don't forget to visit Villa Angiolina, which marks the beginning of tourism in the area, or take a walk through St. Jacob's Park and Angiolina Park, both of which were built in the 19th century. If you fancy an excursion, the Ucka Nature Park is not far away. The beach, restaurants and stores are less than 500 meters from the villa. This means you can easily get involved in the hustle and bustle of Opatija or retreat to this villa and enjoy the peace and wonderful views.
