If you are looking for a beautiful, modern villa close to the sea and untouched nature, Villa FA Exclusive is your right choice! This wonderful villa can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and it has much more to offer. If you are looking for entertainment or a little work-out session you will find some fitness equipment and darts on the ground floor. The ground floor also offers a spacious, contemporary furnished area with a living and dining room and a nice, furnished kitchen. Here you will also find a bedroom, while the other 3 are located on the first floor. All the bedrooms have double beds, air conditioners and TVs at disposal and the ones on the floor also have en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area with the inviting pool is the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxation on one of the sun loungers. If you are traveling with kids the garden disposes over a playground for children as well as a trampoline. For al fresco dinner nights there is also a grill available and the first beach is only 3 km away.Villa FA Exclusive is located in a small place Donje Rastane opposite the Pasman Island and only about 20 km away from one of the most interesting tourist centers of Dalmatia - Zadar. This location is perfect for those who like to relax on the beach, but also for active vacationers as the Paklenica National Park is only 50 km away. Nearby is also the Vrana Lake with beautiful nature, between the sea and the mountains. Here you can enjoy hiking, cycling and admiring nature. Be sure to visit the beautiful city of Zadar with its numerous cultural and gastronomic offerings. Visit many museums, admire the ancient architecture or enjoy the natural beaches and active nightlife. In the city center of Zadar, do not miss to visit the old forum with the church of St. Donatus (from the 9th century). This is one of the most important monuments of Zadar, with the church built in Romanesque style.
