Villa Mirvami Lovran is a unique villa, hidden from other houses with private sea access. The villa is located on a cliff directly above the sea and has a private beach, large terrace and beautiful Mediterranean garden. Villa Mirvami Lovran consists of 3 levels: the first level, where the car park is located, the second, main level and the third, the so-called sea level. From the first level you go down to the main level, where there is a large living area with kitchen and dining area. The large terrace overlooking the sea is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden (with a special area for vegetables and herbs). Here you will also find a spacious summer kitchen with a lovely dining area under the pergola as well as a barbecue and a separate outdoor toilet. From the terrace above the sea you have a spectacular view over the Kvarner Bay and the islands. During the day, you can relax from the sun at the dining table and on the sofas in the shade of the pergola. In the evening, you can sit on the beautiful terrace directly above the cliff and enjoy refreshing breezes from Mount Ucka. On hot summer nights, there is also a terrace above the private beach where you can swim at night. The third level, the sea level, consists of two units: the suite with the master bedroom and living room with TV and sofa bed. The suite has its own spacious bathroom and a utility room with fitted wardrobes, washing machine and tumble dryer. The other unit consists of a double bed and a bathroom. Between the two units there is an open corridor that leads to the beach. The house has a private beach (which can only be accessed from the house or the sea) with an outdoor shower. The villa was completely reconstructed five years ago and apart from the private beach, beautiful, public sandy beaches can be found near the villa.Villa Mirvami Lovran is located in a small town, Lovran, 6 km from the famous Austro-Hungarian holiday resort of Opatija, in the Croatian region of Istra (in the Kvarner Bay). The nearest towns are Rijeka (20 km) and Trieste, Italy (70 km). Off Lovran lie the beautiful islands of Krk and Cres. This part of the Kvarner Bay is famous for its specific climatic conditions: During the hot summer days, it has a light shade in the late afternoon and is ideal for those who suffer from summer heat. For these reasons, the Opatija Riviera and Lovran have been the health resort for lung diseases since the 19th century. A 15-minute walk takes you to the centre of Lovran - a small and attractive Venetian town with a pretty square in front of the church and a marketplace (with local and organic products, a butcher's shop and fish shops with fresh fish every day). There are several excellent restaurants in Lovran and the surrounding villages. Near the house (5 minutes walk) there is an excellent restaurant with homemade food.
